Exceptional
We were arriving very late after the desk would be closed. The check in was made very simple to be able to enter the carpark and the hotel. We were very happy we could enjoy some hrs sleep and enjoy the spacious room and bathroom

Cozy
Lovely place, nice receptionist easy book in, no evening menu meal, thought the choices were expensive, and the member of staff on the evening shift in the restaurant wasn't very helpful, I thought she couldn't be bothered, no smile, didn't help with the menu. However the staff member in the morning for breakfast was lovely, extremely helpful and kind, couldn't do enough for us. Room was lovely, comfy bed, supplied extra blankets as it was a bit chilly, bathroom lovely and warm, radiator on and felt cozy.

A good on route stay for travelling south lovely location great secure parking food very good and staff friendly and attentive. Not our first stay already booked for October
